A Moment from Our Journey
Everyone Knows What to Do. So Why Aren’t They Doing It?
“I don’t know if what I eat here is healthy or not. I go to the gym 5x per week, but no idea if what I do there is effective.”
That’s what Nir told me last week. Entrepreneur. Writer. Storyteller. A smart, disciplined guy. But like so many high performers, he was stuck in the gap between knowledge and execution.
Everybody knows what to do to stay healthy:
- Eat whole foods.
- Train your body at least 3x per week.
- Sleep 7–9 hours.
- Meditate.
- Stay consistent.
And yet, 99% of people don’t do it.
Why? Not because they don’t care. Not because they’re lazy.
It’s because knowing isn’t the problem. The problem is friction. Overwhelm. The weight of a thousand micro-decisions every single day.
The human brain defaults to ease. It wants shortcuts, habits, automation. If you don’t set up an environment where the right choice is also the easy choice, you will always fall back into what’s convenient.
That’s the difference between knowing and becoming.
So the question isn’t “What should I do?”
The question is: “How do I make it effortless?”
The first step is to want change. The next step is to start doing. Something. Anything.
Improving is all about consistency. And Nir got to a point where he was doing but wanted to do it right.
Do less, but do. Do it right, but do it over a long period, change will happen, a habit will form.
And this is exactly what we do. Your change, like his, starts with a click.
"The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance."
— Alan Watts
The Movement Revolution: Why Exercise Is Just the Beginning
Most people think of movement as just exercise.
A workout at the gym. A run. A yoga session.
But real movement goes beyond that—it’s how you connect to your body, mind, and energy.
In this week’s deep dive, I explore:
- Why movement is the gateway to mental clarity and emotional balance.
- How to shift from “working out” to “training for life.”
- The hidden impact of stillness, breath, and awareness on performance.
Because if you master movement, you master your energy.

The Physical Edge
How to Eat Healthy While Traveling
Thai and Vietnamese food taught us something:
In most restaurants, the three magic ingredients are fat, salt, and sugar. That’s how they make food taste addictive.
And if you’re not careful, eating out wrecks your energy.
Our 2 Best Eating Out Hacks:
1️⃣ Choose restaurants that are naturally healthy. Instead of fighting the menu, pick places that already align with clean eating. Think Japanese, Mediterranean, farm-to-table.
2️⃣ Ask for tweaks.
- “No sugar.”
- “Brown rice instead of white.”
- “Grilled instead of fried.”

A friend who’s a high-class chef once told me:
“For the kitchen, small changes are no problem. The important thing is that the customer is happy.”
Most people are afraid to ask. But your energy is too valuable to settle for convenience.
No One Cares (and this is great)
Ever feel self-conscious at the gym? Or hesitant to ask for what you need?
That’s the Spotlight Effect in action—the idea that everyone is watching and judging your every move.
Reality check? They aren’t.
Your brain overestimates how much attention people are paying to you. The truth? They’re too busy thinking about themselves.
How to Use This to Your Advantage:
- Ask for what you need (food tweaks, better service, a raise).
- Try something new without fear of looking stupid.
- Stop overthinking how others see you—they’re not thinking about you nearly as much as you think.
When you realize you’re free from judgment, you start living on your terms.
The Power of Effortless Experiments
You don’t know what you don’t know.
Most people wait for clarity. They want certainty before taking action. They overthink, hesitate, stay stuck.
But the only way to find what truly works for you? Experiment.
Try This:
1️⃣ Pick one thing you’re curious about. Breathwork. Fasting. Cold showers. Strength training.
2️⃣ Commit to a 7-day experiment. Fully engage. Observe the impact.
3️⃣ Adjust. If it works, keep it. If not, move on.
Life isn’t about finding yourself. It’s about testing, refining, and becoming.
You won’t “find” yourself. You create yourself.
That’s true alignment.
Make One Change Effortless
Knowledge isn’t the problem. Friction is.
You’ve built something meaningful. You’re successful. Yet lately, something feels… different. Not quite burnout, but not quite aligned either. Your mind races with ideas, but clarity seems just out of reach.
So this week, I challenge you to remove friction from one healthy habit. Because sometimes, the smallest shifts create the biggest transformations.
🚀 Want to eat better? Meal prep one staple meal so it’s always ready.
🚀 Want to move more? Lay out your gym clothes the night before.
🚀 Want to meditate? Tie it to something automatic—like right after waking up.
Make the right choice the easy choice. That’s how change becomes effortless. But what if these small shifts were just the beginning? What if there was a space where transformation wasn’t just about habits, but about recalibrating your entire energy signature?
Write an email and tell me: What’s one habit you’re making easier this week? And when was the last time you gave yourself permission to truly transform?
I read every response.
That’s it for today.
Hope you enjoyed it (and learned something new).
As always, stay fit, stay active, and enjoy your life.
