Have you ever hit that mid-afternoon slump and felt like you just can’t keep your eyes open? Or maybe you’ve had days where you wake up feeling exhausted and can barely drag yourself out of bed.

Low energy levels can be a real drain on our productivity and overall quality of life.

But what can we do about it?

The truth is, there are many factors that can contribute to low energy levels.

Maybe it’s your diet, or you’re not getting enough sleep. Maybe you’re not moving your body enough, or you’re dealing with stress and anxiety.

Whatever the reason, feeling tired and unmotivated can be frustrating and overwhelming.

And it can cost you real money in business if you’re not your best.

Personal energy is multi-layered

Over the years we’ve clustered personal energy into a “Personal Energy Framework”.

Systemizing personal energy that way has helped us identify which areas of our life are contributing to our low energy levels.

And gave us the tools we needed to optimize our energy and feel our best.

The Personal Energy Framework consists of four levels:
physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

Each level is important for maintaining optimal energy levels throughout the day.

Let’s dive in.

Physical Energy

Physical energy is all about taking care of your body.

To take care of yourself, you should ensure that you get sufficient sleep, eat a nutritious diet, and exercise regularly.

When you’re taking care of your physical health, you’ll have more energy to tackle your day-to-day tasks.

For us, it’s the most practical and hands-on way to get started and drive momentum.

Mental Energy

Mental energy is all about taking care of your mind.

So, you gotta do stuff like rest and recharge when you’re stressed, be all Zen and mindful, and keep your eyes on the prize (aka your goals).

Your mind is the command center of your body. If you let it unchecked it manifests in the body sooner or later.

When your mind is clear and focused, you’ll be able to tackle even the most challenging tasks without feeling overwhelmed.

Emotional Energy

Emotional energy is all about taking care of your heart.

So, basically, you gotta make sure to keep your relationships in check, be grateful, and make sure you take care of yourself. That’s what it’s all about.

Negative feelings make you unhappy and create tension in your body and mind. Let them go and move on.

When you’re emotionally healthy, you’ll have the energy and motivation to pursue your passions and live your best life.

Spiritual Energy

Spiritual energy is all about taking care of your soul.

You gotta find a reason for BEING and DOING, maybe connect with something that’s bigger than just you, and always be thankful for what you already accumulated in life.

When you’re spiritually healthy, you’ll have a sense of peace and fulfillment that will help you navigate life’s challenges with grace and ease.

We love to spend time in nature—it re-natures us. It connects us to the ultimate source of energy—mother earth. Mountains, woods, the blue sea.

Plus we’re grateful for all the people who we can support—and who support us on our mission.
