What you're worth

Everything is energy. Physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. We’ve talked a lot about that in the past. Today, I’m going to talk about a different form of energy.

When I was deep down in a rut the last time — and this happened on a regular basis over the past years — I wrote a letter to my 18-year-old self.

The earlier we reach the path of self-mastery, the earlier we can start building the life we want. And as you know, the first step on this ladder is a healthy body and a calm and clear mind.

"Everything is energy, and that's all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want, and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.”

What You’re Worth

Dear Markus,

Courageously make up your life any way you desire and put yourself out in the world without guilt or shame. Act from your heart. Release any fear around who you are and how you want to live your life.

Radical, radiant self-love is the key to anything you deserve in life.

Note: At 42 I’m still working on it. Start early.

Accept and appreciate yourself — especially your flaws. They make you unique.

Outward success depends on finding true inner confidence and authentic self-belief.

True happiness and joy come from within and need to be renewed with deliberate practice.

Be bold and express yourself with strength and courage. Set intentions. Then take action.

Note: Action is where most people fail. That’s why they live a life in a dream-like state of wish, would, and could. Don’t live your life in the subjunctive. Build it. Create it.

Authentic self-love radiates freely, regardless of external validation.

The ultimate expression of power and self-confidence is to move through the world uninhibited.

Live and act out of the fire that’s burning in your heart. It’s called passion. It will draw others to you with ease and magnetism.

As a role model show them to embrace their unique selves and inspire them to create their own lives in any way they desire.

See possibilities where others see problems.

Note: Many people perceive problems where there are none. These problems often exist only inside your head. Life (and others) would mock those problems. But for you, they feel real. Wake up from this dream and embrace reality.

Identify what could be holding you back. Choose to do what lights you up from inside.

Don’t let your mind get in the way of your desires. Visualize what a joyful, fulfilled life would look like for you.

Challenge your thoughts. Discover your talents and gifts. Cultivate deep-rooted self-awareness.

Call out any self-limiting beliefs or egoistical behaviors and explore their origins to address and heal these underlying wounds.

Note: Yoga or any form of mindful movement can help to reconnect your lost sense of self. That’s how I started. For you, it might be something else.

I prepared 5 questions to help you dive deeper:

  1. What aspects of my life would change if I believed in myself and didn’t compare myself to others?
  2. Am I diminishing myself by giving my power away by hiding my talents and abilities? Or am I using my skills as a way to draw attention to myself and seek external validation?
  3. Do I feel powerful and confident, regardless of my accomplishments or what others think of me?
  4. Am I creating my life in a way that feels joyous and inspiring?
  5. Do I truly love who I authentically am?

Free yourself of any expectations of how you should exist in this world.

You can reinvent yourself at any given point devoting more time to what truly fires you up.

You deserve to experience infinite love, light, and joy in your life!

Know that I love you!

—Markus

That’s it for today.

Hope it may help you (or someone you know).

What’s going on in our world:

Our life in Sicily while working remotely has been absolutely amazing!

We’ve had countless magical moments in nature. Our early morning walks and workouts. The daily hour of pure relaxation. And watching the golden-red sunset as we wind down for the evening.

These moments fuel us. It’s the perfect balance and incredible energy to keep working on our coaching, writing our book, and sharing valuable content.

It’s been a game-changer!

But there’s more.

Something we’re incredibly excited to share with you: our passion project.

“Healthy Me, Healthy Planet.”

It’s a podcast series that we’ve just started.

Because the connection between our personal health and the health of our planet is mind-blowing! It’s something that we often overlook, but it’s time to change that.

In this first episode, Ketty had a chat with a circular economy expert.

Elin Bergman.

Her insights and inspiration shared in that conversation are absolutely worth spreading.

We’d love to hear your thoughts and feedback. And if you believe this is a topic that deserves more attention, please share it with a friend.

Let’s make a positive impact together!

As always, stay fit, stay active, and enjoy your life.
